Midwest Bounty Round Up

Welcome!

The Midwest Bounty RoundUp is a weekend retreat

April 5-7, 2024 designed to encourage, empower, and equip faith-based equine ministries. This retreat will be held at Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch in Minnesota. Whether you lead, volunteer for, or are interested in starting a equine ministry, we made this with you in mind!

Equip your ministry with workshops focused on horses, faith, family, ministry, and how to find the harmony between them all!

Empower you and your team to continue the good work that God has called you to in Equine Ministry.

Encourage and be encouraged by personal time with the Lord as well as by others working and serving in the Kingdom.

Engage with local ranch and farm owners, workers, instructors, supporters, and those just learning about Equine Assisted Ministry!

GEN Z Information:

Are you are young leader seeking to use your God given passion for horses to impact people for the Kingdom of Heaven?  Then this conference is for you!

We recognize that in the growing field of equine assisted ministry we need to be intentional about equipping this generation who will one day be the directors and ranch owners that will serve tomorrow’s youth. For this reason, we are creating a Next Gen Track for those aged 16-22 who feel a strong calling into equine ministry work. Like Paul commissioning Timothy to the church at Ephesus and pouring into him, the Midwest Bounty Round Up has many “Pauls” and many “Timothys” looking to be trained to take the gospel of Jesus Christ to all the nations.

Next Gen will be expected to participate in all aspects of the conference with the added option of choosing breakout sessions specifically with Next Gen in mind. The purpose of this track is to encourage young leaders who are praying about God's leading in the area of equine work:

· Equipping: learning skills and insights to be more proficient in equine ministry.

· Networking: connecting and interacting with equine ministries in the Midwest for internships, employment and ministry opportunities.

· Direction: sessions dedicated to exploration of degrees, certifications and steps towards making equine work a lifelong calling, ministry and vocation.

· Confirmation: being around spiritual leaders in equine work can help confirm the calling God has on your life during times of discussion, worship, teaching and prayer.

[Please note: this is a professional conference which is being opened to mature, respectful, service minded young Christian leaders. It is the expectation that those who attend within the student category be able to conduct themselves as young Christian professionals while in attendance].
